Bitcoin uasf hat

Looking around this bull it seems like an open dirty secret that BTC is just trash to most that have been around a while. The only thing left is the "So V" narrative, which breaks down pretty quickly after asking how BTC is a "So V" but other coins like Ethereum are not. BTC is good at catching speculative hooey, not much else. Im not sure 'doesnt work' is a fair assesment. For the past couple months, and for a couple months during the 2017 spike, very high fees have made btc prohibitively expensive to transact with. Growing pains like this arent ideal, but a combination of off chain solutions, and eventually inceasing the block size/frequency (for the record, ive never understood why increased block frequency wasnt a compromise in 2017)I feel like bch advocates often create kind of a straw man when they talk about this Bitcoin Core literally wanted to rewrite/update the whitepaper so that it matches the new function of Bitcoin and not the original "p2p cash" version started by Satoshi. That's proof Bitcoin has been derailed and Blockstream and Bitcoin Core are just camping on the brand name. When r/Bitcoin moderators began censoring content and banning users they disagreed with, r/btc became a community for free and open cryptocurrency discussion. This happened long before the creation of Bitcoin Cash. Today, r/btc users can discuss any cryptocurrency topic without fear of moderator retaliation, while r/Bitcoin and r/Crypto Currency are both still heavily censored.
